Hello, Does your laptop have XP? If so, can you see the wireless network? I am guessing with your error above, you can not. If on XP, goto start > right click on my computer > manage > services and applications > services and scroll down. Make sure the follow are automatic and started: Wireless zero Configuration JimE P.S. Doh, just noted thats the first "help" topic on that link. Thats normally the problem I have when setting up XP networks.

Hello, This wouldn't be a tosh laptop would it? Anyway, have you thought of using permanent addresses rather then using DHCP. It should be faster. It takes about 10 secs to see my d-link router to see my desktop. JimE

Hello, Does it stutter because it has not downloaded all the content first?. If you forceably play them in something else, does it work any better and have you considered upgrading Itunes or Quicktime if possible? JimE

Hello Darcy, I must admit I have not used Moodle before, but what would you be wanting to teach on there? I would think that it would be able to cope with one class, after all, thats like say only 30 users looking at it and alot more people look at a website then just that. Joomla is a good content management system too. JimE

Unfortuantley, the best bet is then Sam's suggestion that they have an account which can be billed annually, .e.g like a credit card or something similar JimE

Hello, Your already using a div, but using it the wrong way, at present you have: ><div style="position: absolute; ............. Try: ><div style="position: relative; align:center;"> (no need for height or sizes here) Let me know how that goes JimE

Gilk, If you don't mind, please PM me your gallery admin login and password and I will take a look, although it won't be till next week. If it helps, I think that you need to look at the following: Try chaning the lock system under the general settings. I would also go into maintaince and run everything thats in there once apart from system data. Oh and turn off short URLs or whatever its called. Also I would try a different theme and make sure that the correct image folders are writeable. JimE

Hello, If you run the website from the cart alone, I would move the cart to the main root, if not, leave it in the sub directory. With regards to sitemap, I would submit a new sitemap right away and remove the old one. Google already knows your old links, so no need to continously tell them. If you remove your old sitemap, you can always use htaccess to redirect old links to the new links and put a 301 permanent redirect link in. That way they will slowly dissappear and be replaced by your new weblinks. Sometimes you have to upset the big googly god but as long as you have something else to replace it with, all should be ok. Hello, Is it possible that you are using an ISP that has a cache and that is what your seeing and not your actual website? JimE

Hello and welcome to the forums, Try changing the permission first to 777, then doing what you need, and then CHMOD it back again when finished. JimE

Actually this is pretty simple to solve. The reason you have this problem is that gallery uses imaging scripts like GD and Imagemagik to show the pictures and generate thumbnails. I am guessing that the basic install of gallery defaults to imagemagik which we do have here at TCH but you will need to configure it. So to fix this, log in as administrator, go to site admin and then look on the left hand side. You will see "toolkit priority". Move GD to the top and then goto "site maintaince" and choose to "build all thumbnails". Then logout and it should all be ok. If not, get back to me JimE

Hello, There just used to be mambo a long time ago, then the people which own the mambo name wanted to take the project commerical. As yet, they haven't done so, but the entire Mambo design team walked out and founded today what is known as Joomla. IMHO Joomla is the way forward out of the two JimE

Nat, I have fixed this problem for you. Issues where, bottom table was not set out correctley. When dealing with images as backgrounds in tables, its always handy to start specifing exact heights and widths. Also I have added an extra class in to help out. The other issuse was just increasing the padding from 8 to 10 on that side. The attached is a redone template, just remember to delete the original template before uploading! JimE premiersound.zip

For the easyness of such, I would also suggest a CMS from the list above. JimE
