Hello, Your Admin CP is also know as "Administrator Control Panel". The area where you go when you click "Administrator" at the bottom or top of the forum (depending on where that link is). Now if you scroll down the side until you reach the album area. Then in one of the sub menus off this, will be the nuffload area which you can change the path to the CGI script. Hello, You will need to Chmod the styles folder 777 and then also any folders under it like S1 or S2 depending on the styles. I suggest you do this via a FTP manager if you can. Once its done, change it back to 755 until you need to make more modications. If this fails, open that support ticket! JimE

The album you are about to load, is Smartors album, which can actually be found here: http://smartor.is-root.com/ However, there are many upgrades and new bits added to it, and for some while, Smartor has not really done much to it (to be honest, it doesnt really need anything doing to it) However, some guy has taken this further, and with Smartors permission, added everything together, as well as updating a few things which are now hard to get hold of (the important super service pack for one). Hello, I believe what your trying to say is that if you email yourself from your gmail account, that is: gmail (own) -> TCH (own) It does not complete the trip of: gmail (own) -> TCH (own) -> gmail (own) However, it should and does work if anybody does this: anybody email -> TCH (own) -> gmail Correct? If so, I am not sure why, but I am glad you have found the cause and I hope its not much a problem for you JimE

Laura, Is everything in place on your zencart or is it just an empty zencart? Also, as a side point, if you do the following, fantastico is not going to be able to uninstall it. I don't know how tricky this could be, so my advice would be to backup the files first (you can make a copy of them and put them on your server). Youl will need to backup the zencart folder and also any files in the root folder which you may want to save (e.g. such things as config files, indexs etc) Then, I would copy all your files in the sub directory into the main directory. Then, I am guessing you will need to edit a config file somewhere in that main root folder (it will have been copied over when you copied the files) and somewhere I am guessing it will have something about a path or root. Edit that line, save and see what happens. If you would like me to have a go, I am willing to lend a hand, but I won't be able to do this until tomorrow (Friday 09 June some time in the morning), please PM me your cpanel username and password and I will take a look tomorrow. Hello Flashram, I hope you found the upgrade easy to do. I believe the reason why is the the patch files are just that, to patch, nothing else. Many software firms belive that if you can patch, you dont need documentation in the files as you may/should have already read it on a website somewhere. Not ideal I know but just thought it might be a useful point of view JimE

Robert, You will need to do what I do when making sure something new is being displayed. Normally in the html code, which is included in the page but not displayed I place some kind of dynamic output which I know is fresh or new or unique, then I can find out where and what is going wrong. Like Bruce says, its most likely to be a ISP cache. Try on friends computer or a local library one JimE
