  10. Hello IconV We have many users here hosting dupal websites so I can not see of a problem with your needs. Cron jobs are standard on every package we do. The starter plan only has 700mb of hard disk space, but does have a very generous amount of bandwidth, so if that is not enough, look at the silver plan. However, if the database is 700mb in size complete, then you would require something like a dedicated server. Let us know if you have any more querys or any problems, we are here to help JimE
  11. Hello, People like Bruce and Myself (thoose with names in Blue) are volunteer moderators who do not have access to clients information. The best I can suggest is that you start a help support ticket, reference this thread and mark it to the attention of Billing. They will take a look and do the best they can. Please also remember that IF they do any refunds, its not instant due to the nature of credit cards and banks. Please, in future, for everything you do, make sure everything is kept up to date. I am glad you enjoyed your time here and I am sorry to see you go. JimE
  12. Welcome to the forums? I would disable norton and then reboot and see what happens. If no luck, remove the drivers for the network card, reboot and let XP reinstall it. Then plug it back in (with still norton turned off) and see what happens JimE

  19. Hello, It could be that in transfer or in updating it to SMF, something is not correctley done in the conversion leading to some rather lengthy sql queiries with regard to HTML. Just a thought anyway!. Glad you got it solved. To be honest, I never use HTML in any forum, its too easy to break a forum using it JimE

  23. Hello, Good Point Mike, I forgot about that. Infact I think phpBB handily now tells you to remove the install folder before you can access your forums. I wish other software did this, it would be so much safer JimE
  24. Hello, Sorry for not explaining what SMF is! I really would suggest a CPANEL transfer, its a much easier thing to do if you have no real tech knowledge and it doesnt involve uploading and downloading for you! Hope the move goes well! JimE
