Hi Suz, Welcome to the family I would copy over your site (using the IP address in your welcome mail) You can then view your new site using the IP address/~username again this link should be in your welcome email. Check that it all looks OK. You can then change your DNS settings to the name servers here. This will start the propagation process. During the next few days, people should always see a copy of your site, but some will see the old site, and some the new site. If it is a dynamic site (ie you have a forum or something else than changes) I would dissable this on the old server, with a note that the site is moving. During this period, your email will also go to either the old or the new server - so you will need to check both. Finally, after up to 72 hours, everone will be seeing your new hosr here, and you should be able to cancel your old hosting, and remove all files from it.

You could also use the IP address 207.44.240.63 You should use your cpanel username and password, unless you have set up an FTP account in cpanel, and make sure it is set to use passive mode. Hi Dave. The robots.txt file is slightly different to all the stuff Frontpage does. I would just loginto your cpanel, and go to the file manager. Navigate to the public_html directory, Click on "Create new file" and on the right you should see the space for a file name, and a selection box. Type robots.txt in for the filename, and the file type should be text file That's it. You do not need to edit it or anything, a blank file will be fine.

Hi, If you do not want a copy to be retained at xxx@**** on the server - then simply delete the xxx@**** email account (or don't create it). If you have the forward set up - it will forward the emails. You do not need an account on the server to exist for the forward to work.

Hi, If you look further down the Config.pm I think you will see where the variables are still set incorrectly - for example; $FILES = '/home/youraccount/dada_files'; These need to be changed - as per Don's instructions above.

Hi, Welcome to teh Family I don't use Dada mail myself - someone who does will be along shortly but a. I think the usr/home/marigol/dada_files should be /home/marigol/dada_files and b. If you go into cpanel, and look at the error log file (near the stats usually) it should give you some more info about the error.

Welcome to the Family It depends where you are checking your bandwidth. If it's in the stats package, then it could be a search engine. If it's in the cpanel bandwidth, then it should show (assuming it's more than a cople of hits on a very small page). If not, open a ticket and we'll take a look.

Hi, can you provide a link to the page - or a copy of the code calling the script. It looks like you have the code incorrect, and have the public_html in twice when calling the script. Hence it cannot find the file. It then tries to call the 404 page - because it couldn't find the file - but that doesn't exist either.

Hi, You may just be having problems due to the routing issues that there are in various parts of teh US at the moment. I large number of people are having problems getting to some sites. So it may not be a spyware issue....
