The problem was solved within 10 mins of the ticket - but that was about 40 mins after you started this thread. If you had submitted the ticket straight away, you could have been asleep 30 mins earlier

Hi Jana, The site you had problems with was on server 66. Our site is on it's own dedicated server, and in a completely different data centre. so there would have been no connection between the two issues - even with your run of luck

LOL The only one I can see of yours on server63 is darqfire.com - and that loads fine

The help desk is staffed by different people than those doing the TCH site - so submit a ticket whilst it's nice and quiet - then you get their full undivided attention

The night times ones, talking to yourself, are the best The only one that comes up with a problem for me is pixeltreasures.com (which brings up a blank page) the others are fine For tech support of course - just go to the help desk

Look at the speed of reply to an easy question - under a minute - Rob doesn't stand a chance of beating that I am not aware of any way of doing it in cpanel. The only way I can think of doing it is to get your filters to filter to a script (rather than deleted). The script can then take the email address (and any other info you want) before deleting it.

Hi, If you go into "My Contols" - top right - then you should see an item on the menu on the left called "subscriptions". You can unsubscribe there. You will only get notifications where there is a server issue - so hopefully they will be rare We will be adding the latest servers to the status page shortly

Hi Markis, I suggest that you submit a help desk ticket to the sales department (link at top of the page, and use unknown for username / password). I am just being cautious to, if your site usage is likely to be very "intensive", and (as you say in another post) very"heavy on email", then it is possible that a shared server is not the way to go, since this could affect other users on the server. Submit the ticket, and we'll have a look at the details with you, to work out the most appropriate plan for you.
