When you ask about WAP - assume you are referring to WAP/WML for displaying web information onto wireless displays (PDA's, PocketPC, etc). WML (Wireless Markup LKanguage) is just a programming language, similar to HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language). Frankly, there are tools and software for logging email and internet access. You install the right tools to do the right job. These tools can generate reports so that if or when there are issues, then you can dig deeper. These same tools can provide spam filtering and web site control. Mitch, As a reseller, you would have access to WHM (web Hosting manager), which you would use to (1) configure your own hosting plans (bandwidth, # email accounts, disk space, etc), (2) set up each of your customers when they signup with you, including initial emails (3) monitor bandwidth and disk usage Each customer that signs up with you, would have access to their own cPanel to (1) add/manage their own email, including web mail (2) setup MySQL databases (3) access other utilities and tools (web stats, CGI scripts, etc.) In general, as a reseller my customers, however, really don't want to be bothered with managing their web site, so I manage all the cPanel type of work for them, at a cost. can you post your URL where you attempted to use one of your animated gifs? You didn't per chance attempt to resize the animated gif after downloading it, or resize it via your HTML code, did you? Sometimes a resized animated gifs will no longer work as animated. -kw

I don't believe the option is something you set in cPanel. Rather TCH will automatically notify you by email when your bandwidth exceeds 80% or when your assigned web disk space becomes 80% full. Many web providers don't do this. Instead they will either immediately disable your account, or automatically upgrade you to the next level of account and charge you for it! -kw

Matt -- appreciate your "good attitude" -- so often, once we decide we want or need something, we want it right away. And being told that we will have to wait is not always the answer we want to hear. Obviously, if your requirement for a reseller account was critical, I'm sure you would look elsewhere. The fact that you are willing to hang in there for a couple of days says a lot about you! Hopefully, we can take fulfil your request for a reseller account as quickly as possible. The TCH head guru wrote about a month ago that most businesses wouldn't worry about the one customer that was dissatisfied -- but he is equally concerned about every customer or potentioal customer! -kw
