You might try to delete it and then recreate it totally, maybe it just ran into a problem durring the set up the first time. It's definatelly looking like a conection problem with the forum and the MySQL database.

No it's saying that because your order has already gone through. Watch the email address you gave us when signing up for a "click-to-pay" email invoice.
