    Glen, 1) Nothing is ever free 2) You don't have to visit a website to send someone a email, its possible to do it via automated scripts 3) If there service was so much better then total choice hosting, why would they offer it free to you?     Hi, This is transmitted via different worms. One that hit my work place was W32/Lovesan which meant patching just under 300 XP machines, let alone NT boxes. Thankfully after a big stint last night and this morning, everything is fine. Here at Total Choice Hosting, we use linux and so are unaffected. Jim

    Hi, Microsoft exchange offers the reciepts your looking for. It can give read and delivery reciets but as pointed out these are not guranteed: 1) It does not gurantee its been sent 2) The can not gurantee its being delivered 3) It can not be guranteed that its been read 4) It can't be guranteed that its been replied too. Even if all of the above work, its still possible to deny the reciept going back or possible to even spoof it. The best possible thing you can do is to pick up the phone and ring and just confirm that the person got the email and that you look foward to reading there reply soon and is there anything they wanted to clarify in the email? Then select "Backup and restore" where you can find a few options which you can work your way through and decide on the best ones Jim

    Hi, Protection of dir is normally done from the htaccess which is done at the root. Why not use a subdomain. That way, the subdomain is seperate from the main root htaccess file. What would be better is to leave off indexs and put a index.html into each folder. Then thoose folders without an index.html can be browsed whilst thoose with cant be Jim

    Hi, The way to get around that is to set the depth of thoose two div tags in question so that they are both equal. If you still have problems after that, let me know and I will take a look at your newer code Jim

    Hi, Intrestingly, it shouldn't be a problem. However XHMTL might fall apart on lower browsers. Best thing to do is to do a few test pages, one in normal HTML, one in normal HTML and without CSS. It could just be a corruption in there browser too. If you can find a machine on that it faults all the time, access the computer and make it fail, then open up your cpanel and take a look at the error log and see what it says Jim
