My suggestion to you is to take a look through the "add me to the family" forums and see which ones have been added. Everything up to the last week or two. just because there is no reply saying they have been added does not mean they havent been. Truth of the matter is we simply didnt have someone to do it. Mitch who used to handle it left and the position wasnt filled. Yes we did hire a graphics designer, but adding links to that page is not their job. you opened your account on Feb 9th, you requested your site be added Feb 12th, and it was added the same day. The link to your site was later removed since you removed the link back to TCH from yours.

I'd just about guarantee thats where the problem is

make sure you dont have any extra spaces or blanks in the header where you made changes.

The problem with fantastico is a lot of the scripts dont have very good support. TCH does not provide support for any of the add on scripts available in cpanel, but they all have their own support either by forums or e-mail. If you start adding scripts that have little or no support it not only causes problem for the user, but also fotr the support staff even though we dont support it.

It is just a cPanel addon that has a large amount of one-click installs. This has been discussed before, but I can not find it. I don't believe TCH has any intentions of adding it, but maybe someone can give a little more information.

Did you set the permission of the config file to read only(444). If not the server will overwrite any changes when it updates stats.

can you provide your domain name, it would be a lot easier to tell if its a routing problem that way since lots of ppl from the forums could check it.

When setting up the script, change mysite.com to sub.mysite.com

all a subdomain is is a folder under your root. sub.domain.com is the same thing as domain.com/sub
