Hello Sandra, Looking at the website here: http://virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_simplefaq VirtueMart is a component. Therefore, log into the administrator's part of joomla. http://domainname/administrator/ This is where you control your website so to speak. Now goto installers and then components. Use this area to upload your component virtuemart. Once its installed itself, it can be found under the tab "components" in the main menu, here you will be able to do what you like with it! Have fun playing with it!

If you have XP with service pack 2, goto start >control panel >security. At the bottom should mention something about your firewall. If you don't have it or its not reconsing the firewall, find the third party firewall program, and open it up, its probably running already JimE

Hello, I suggest you login into your CPANEL and make sure that your catchall is set to fail, unless you really want all email addresses to end up being sent to your main addresses. Also, unless really needed, make sure that you have size limits on your mail boxes. Once in a while, after doing some deleting, the server needs a second or two to catch up with itself and to report the right figures. As you found, by the time you had finished talking to the support guru, it was all cleared. If you have the same problem again, don't hestiate to start a support ticket and they shall take a look at it again for you. I am glad everything is now ok for you JimE

Hello, If your script or database requests causes the server to have high loads which impinge on other people using the server, your account will be suspended, so please be very careful. I suggest you do not use pconnect JimE

Hello, IE is very buggy when putting CSS inside tables, espeically text. A quick google shows a whole multitude of problems. How about scrapping the tables and just using CSS OR scraping CSS for that part and use just tables? JimE

Hello, One thing to note, as of tomorrow (10th April), Microsoft will begin pushing out a IE update which will affect the way the objects embedded into IE work, this includes flash. Make sure you test your page after getting the update to see how it effects it JimE

Hello All, You can do a few things, do you reall need the catchall account? If not, set it to fail, that way, all email that does not have a correct address to be sent too, fails and will not get added to any account JimE
