David, I can't be for sure looking at it. It looks as though Afrihost is your billing contact and that they pay .co.za the bill. You may want to ask Afrihost if you are allowed to make DNS changes and how to do so.

Don't forget, the size of your error pages needs to be 512k for IE to be able to display them instead of the normal error pages.
