From the whois record it looks like the nameservers have been changed. The email is apparently speaking of propagation which should be completed in 24-72 hours.

We would love to have the newest version of Horde as well but the Webmail applications are a part of CPanel and the newest versions are not supported by Cpanel yet.
-
Big Gorilla is right, PureFTP is used do to a variety of technical reasons but the disadvantage is that it does not have reporting possible in the Show Bandwidth tab of Cpanel. You can see your total bandwidth in Cpanel, however, in the information on the left of your Cpanel where it reports Disk Usage and Bandwidth.

The webmail runs over ports 2095 or 2096 so those ports cannot be blocked or there could be a problem. I would also be sure that you use all lowercase letters for the usernames. The password will be case sensitive as well. You might try using http://yourdomain/sqmail to use SquirrelMail as it uses the standard port for http. If you continue to have problems with it submit a Help Desk ticket by cliking on the link at the top of this page and we can verify whether it is working or not. Just give us the username and password for the email account and we can test.

To access Webmail without going through CPanel you just use domain.com/webmail (replacing the domain.com with your domain name.)

What a coincidence. I was in server 50 working on a customer's request. Current Stats: load average: 0.81, 0.88, 0.70 Pretty nice....

Ssl & Ssh - Price/installation/time-frame
TCH-Rick replied to HCSuperStores's topic in Pre-Sales Questions
Rob is correct on the SSL. We do not allow users to set up SSL in the WHM. We accidentally enabled it on an account once and the user set it up wrong and crashed the server for an hour while we sorted it back out. SSH is not allowed on any account including reseller accounts. -
You can upload the sql dump file using a standard FTP client. Let us know if you need us to import the data into a database. We can do that from the Help Desk.
-
It is installed on that server. I just checked another account and it was working fine. The message you receive is a normal message but you should still be able to extract the files. PM me your domain and log in information and I will have a look.
-
What server are you on and we can check and be sure that zip/unzip is installed? You can find your server number when you log into Cpanel and see the Welcome to Server## message at the top.
-
Shared SSL is working on 54. It has been installed for a while now.
-
This thread is an older thread and the information Jim supplied is no longer the policy. We do not offer SSH or JailShell on any accounts. As for specifice Perl modules it is best to submit a request through the Help Desk and we can look at installing them.
-
Yes, they are stored in system directories and databases.

Unrouteable Mail Domain
TCH-Rick replied to McLauryEngineering's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
The mail server for the domain is set up incorrectly. Here is a test of the address: The MX is set up with an IP rather than a hostname so the message is bouncing. Tech support for the company hosting siouxcityengineering.com should be contacted. -
We do not support ASP on any server at the current time.

Mx Record Forwarding Not Working
TCH-Rick replied to EdHosting's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
I would suggest opening a ticket so we can look at the set up. THe current MX record is not set to the address you gave but rather as follows: Getting MX record for organictreeandsoil.com... Got it! Host Preference IP(s) [Country] organictreeandsoil.com. 0 64.246.62.111 [uS] -
Mx Record Forwarding Not Working
TCH-Rick replied to EdHosting's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
If you are sending from one of our serversm for example from one of your accounts here, it will be delivered locally. If you want to use an external mail server only you will need to submit a Help Desk ticket and provide the MX information including the host name and IP address of the remote server and we can modify your account settings to send to that server. -
PM - Private Message. Click on the little PM icon under a Moderator or Staff name and it will send a message.

Ummm, Should I Upgrade For More Bandwidth?
TCH-Rick replied to bluemorpho's topic in Open Discussion
ALso note that if you do not have a contact email set up in CPanel you will not receive an email. -
An 'A' Record for www is set up on all accounts. The site is resolving for me both with and without the www in front. You can see that it is resolving at other nameservers at this link.
-
Answered in PM. There was a php file in the public_html directory.

If you enter the wrong password three times you will get an Access Denied message and a link to reset the password. If you have a contact email set up it will email a link to that address where you can reset the password. It will give you a temporary password and you can then log into CPanel and change it.

You might try repairing the database in PhpMyAdmin in your CPanel. Just choose your database and click Check All and then use the drop down menu to select Repair tables.
