  1. Submit a ticket to the help desk, and include the email account details, and we'll test ot for you.
  2. Hi, Yes, if your domain name is domain.co.nz then you can set emails up for anything@domain.co.nz or any.thing@domain.co.nz
  3. Hi, Can you open a ticket at the help desk, so that we can get into your cpanel and have a look please.
  4. Hi Jimuni, Because the DirectoryIndex indexa.html is recursive, the only way I can see round it is to add DirectoryIndex index.html in all directories immediately below it.
  5. Hi, Can you open a support ticket, and we'll have a look. Can you provide, on the ticket the email address and password (so that we can access it) and also the number of emails you were sending, and the number of recipients for each email.
  6. Hi, If you take a backup of the database, then you can restore that over the new invision board setup if they are the same version. If they are not the same version, then you can import the relevant data from the old database to the new.
  7. I'm glad it's working for you now If you get any problems like that in the future, the quickest way is a support ticket, and we'll have a look at it for you.
  8. Hi John, Your site shows up fine for me Which I assume is what it should show. There is a problem on the DNS, for NS2 though - which could cause part of the promblem. I will correct that, if you are still getting problems in a short while, please submit a support ticket.
  9. Hi, I would put in the .com name, and then open a ticket at the support desk, and ask us to change the account to .co.nz and park the .com on top of it for you.
  10. Ji Jeff, Welcome to the family This is usually because when you edited webmaster.php there are some blank lines at the bottom of the file after the cloing php statement. Delete any blank spaces, and it should cure that problem
  11. Hi Samantha, One other thing I have come across - try deleting that complete account from Outlook and recreating it (not modifying it). sometimes that has cleared similar errors before.
  12. Hi Kathi, Are you happy to give us the domain name to check? Can you see the files if you use the IP address and username? ht tp://xx.xx.xx.xx/~username If you can, then the files are there - if not, there is a problem with the upload. Have you uploaded into the correct directory? public_html Don't worry about putting in a ticket - in some ways it's better for us to tell you about something silly in private rather than the public forums
  13. Hi Lino, I would suggest the error is at the end of config.inc.php then. I would suggest either deleting any blank lines at the end of the file, or starting again with an original copy of the config file.
  14. Hi, Have you tried actually sending a real message? Sometimes the test in outlook does not work - one of those microsoft features
  15. You wait for 20 mins with no response..... and then 2 at once
  16. Hi Lino, Since phpmyadmin is already installed on all the servers, I assume you are trying to install this on your own computer. If so, what operating system do you have? The error looks as if you have blank lines on the end of config.inc.php - after the final php statement.
  17. Yes, if they login with the .us username password they will only be modifying the .us site.
  18. Hi Alan, I would guess that you have used the username / PW for the .us domain name rather than the .ws domain name. That will give you the result you are seeing. Because these are on a shared IP address it differentiates between the two accounts based on the username / PW you supply. In the same way you can login using the IP address or server52.totalchoicehosting.com
  19. Hi, I assume you haven't got Freehand - otherwise you could use that to convert. What version and format of Freehand are they saved in? If it's EPS then you can use something like irfanview
  20. Hi, Open a support ticket, and we'll take a look for you. As to the propagation - it's not like flicking a big switch, it actually takes a while (up to 72 hours typically) and during that time, you will sometimes see your domain, and sometimes not when using the domain name. This depends on the route you take. So it would be perfectly normal to be able to see it one day (or hour) and not the next during propagation.
  21. Hi, Welcome to the family If you only opened the account this last night, then the domain name will not have propagated fully yet. You will need to use the IP address instead (looks like 66.123.97.205 - but different numbers) http://xx.xx.xx.xx:2082 or https://xx.xx.xx.xx:2083
  22. Hi jake.v You need to submit a helpdesk ticket - so that we can look into it - without your domain name, and other details, we can not investigate.
  23. Hi jake.v I'm sorry to hear you have noticed a problem - however, I can assure you that there is no problem on server 38 due to the 'drastic' hosting changes. How can I be so certain? I've just checked server 38 to confirm that the sites on that server have not been upgraded. If you are finding your sites unreachable, then I would suggest checking the route to the server, for instruction please see How to run a trace route and if you have any problems interpreting it - or this indicates the problem is at the server end, then please submit a ticket to the help desk. At the moment, the server is running along nicely with a server load of 0.15 - so lots of spare capacity.
  24. Hi, You will need to define the Title as an 'Editable region' in the template - then you can change it.
  25. Hi Tracy, Yahoo changed their authentification - you need to download the latest patch (or version) of Trillian and that cures it.
