Hi, You need to create the database in Manage mySQL (in cpanel). You also need to assign a user to the database there. You can then use PHPmyAdmin to add data into the database.

Hi Wayne, If there is a problem with mySQL on the server then all the databases will not appear in phpmyAdmin. This can also happen briefly when the mySQL is being upgraded or similar. As to the server running slow, run a tracert to make sure it isn't a routing issue, and submit a ticket to the help desk - we'll take a look.

You probably have a different skin (theme) on each account. Open a ticket at the help desk if you would like them changed to the same.

Your statements are correct although using http://xx.xx.xx.xx/~username you should be able to view your site - there is no need for the username and password to view it.
