  1. Hi, Its just a matter of coding your page correctley, nothing harder. But it will eat up your bandwidth fast! Jim
  2. Hi, T-4-L your forum is now fixed. Enjoy posting away! Jim
  3. Yey!, but do you really mean domain name or just changing where it points to (our namerservers) Wait for 72hrs but check with your current domain providers that they have changed your nameservers. Most make you do it yourself Most possibly yes. Give it upto 72hrs, however you should be able to FTP in using the IP address or server details provided in your welcome email. Any further questions, let us know! Jim
  4. Hi, Please post your domain name so I can take a look Jim
  5. Hi, Congrats! Jim
  6. Hi, It happens due to several reasons: 1) IE is corrupt 2) IE is needing to load flash or some other plugin 3) IE is programmed to delay all pop up windows. This with number 2 can really get slow 4) For some reason, some ads just crash my IE Jim
  7. Hi, Congrats! Jim
  8. Hi, I have to admit, $4 is brilliant, epically for what you get! Over here $4 is about the price of a pint of lager (or beer) so just one less drink down the pub and hosting is paid for one month! Bargain! Jim
  9. Hi, Cool., maybe we should give it to London Underground so the map is a bit more easy! Nice though! Jim
  10. Hi, If you have a reseller account, just create an account within your reseller allocation and point your domain there! Jim
  11. Hi, The skin you should have should be in a zip format, properly something like .tar You will need to upload this to I believe the _upload folder (do not unzip it) Then login as admin, and go down the side menu till you get to skins and you will have the option there to import the skin. Select the skin which you have just uploaded and away you go! If you have further problems, do not hesitate to ask! Jim
  12. Hi, Proxy's not only use up larger amounts of bandwidth, but can also cause server load issues and may (accidentally) leave the server vulnerable to attack. Jim
  13. I dunno, but I think it was about the number 15.
  14. And when you have finished upload. Just disabale and renable Norton (although I stick with Zone alarm cos its easier and better to understand!) Jim
  15. Hi, Clicking login will fail because it points to the domain name which as Leezard says above, the isp is playing up! Hold on in there! Jim
  16. Hi, Running ME is not a problem, its what I used to run and never had a problem with it. I would get zonealarm. Its a free download and a free software package. Then, when you want to upload, disable norton and enable zone alarm, then see what happens. Jim
  17. Hi, Ok, try this: http://server?.totalchoicehosting.com/~username/ Where? = server number and username = your account username Thanks Jim
  18. Hi, No worries, help ticket is now in and being looked at. Jim

  20. Hi, If your on a router at home, then turn it off for a few hours. Can you please post a tracert too? (Block out your own IP address when you do!) Jim
  21. Hi, I turn my router off at nights. You could try using Zone Alarm which is not only free but I think is better then Norton. If you are getting bombarded with stuff, then I would not open ports you do not need too. What Windows version are you running btw? Jim
  22. Hi, Tracey does indeed get an A! Jim
  23. Hi, Having had a quick delve through the website on AIM, I can not see anything about camera's. You may need to get MSN or Yahoo or any other package. Jim
  24. Hi, Right I have modified my own post above to make it clearer. We where both getting at the same thing, but I should have used the CPANEL wording! Hope its now understandable! Jim
  25. Hi, No, at the very bottom, just start a new line and put the bit in above Jim
