Tracey, There was an Ad on TV here in the UK ages ago for that kind of thing, I suggest you search the net, most video shops should be able to do it for you, if not, tell you where you could go to get it done. Jim

Hi, I suggest you start a help support ticket stating what perl modules or php extensions you would like installed. There is no guarantee that it can be completed the final decision falls to Head Guru. We can, if you can justify it, give you jailshell access which is like a protected mode SSH. Thanks, Jim

Hi, Answers are: Yes No. You would be required to move the domain name to us, which can take upto 7 days and then a further 72hrs to propergate though the net. Any changes you do to your domain name itself take 72hrs to filter through the net. Long as both point to your root of the main domain, not a problem. Jim

Hi, Hmmm I will add my little input. Note that I have several friends who are musicians who have registered music and I know several people inside of Record companies, and hence these all help me to shape my opinion. 1) Stealing music is wrong and musicians loose out, however..... 2) I will not pay £4 for a single when it actually costs £0.60 in total to the music record label, however..... 3) Record labels do not pass on the huge amount of royalty they get to musicians like they should do, however.... 4) The music industry is the biggest fix/fake scheme I have ever seen. After Micro$oft that is. Hence I own and do download occasionally MP3 music because I do not agree with the extortionate cost of the music which I know does not get passed on to the hard working bands and musicians. End of rant! jim

Hi, I believe the answer to both of your questions is YES, both are possible. Before the DNS update, you will need to use the IP address given to y ou in the welcome email. Afterwards you can either continue with the IP adress or use the domain name. For uploads, everytime you upload, you will use up bandwidth. So thus if your upload say a 10kb txt file every 30 seconds, over the course of one day, you will have used up about 30mb of Bandwidth, over a month thats like a whole gig! May I ask why you need to upload a file every 30 seconds? Jim
