You would lower it, so if you now as an example have it set to 5 try set it to 4. One thing to remember though is that the lower the number is, is that it might also catch legitimate emails.

Someone using Outlok will need to answer the first question (if it´s a Outlook specific problem) but for question 2... This is called spoofing (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-mail_spoofing) which unfortunately is a part of having your own domain.

I would say that if the admin of that site is a caring admin (for his visitors) he should take it seriously and check his account/files and fix it.

Did you link to the images properly? Example ><img src="/images/netscape.gif" width="33" height="32">

The easiest would probably be to do as TCH usually do, start a new thread in your forum and ask everyone that want to participate to reply with the answer to a question or post a photo (as in the TCH contests) etc. That way you can easily keep track on (probably) everything.

Hi Marlene, First of all I am sorry for your problems. The problem right now as I see it is that the support ie the people you need to discuss this with are other people than those you normally contact when you submit tickets regarding your hosting account and also, they are not reading this forum. The best you can do at this point is to contact the domain support. There are various ways to do this at this page. I will also try see to that one of the staff people will have a look at your post and reply here if they have any ideas on what can be done or other input.

It should be in same directory as your wp-config.php. Make sure your ftp program or cpanels file manager shows "hidden files". But it can also be that you don´t have an htaccess file. If so you will need to create one. Same here as if you were editing an existing one: 1) Open notepad 2) Add the line in my above post and save as htaccess.txt 3) Upload it to the directory that contains wp-config.php 4) Rename the file to .htaccess 4) Done NOTE: Do not forget there is a dot before the name htaccess.

Are you using a form that have a captcha or some other security/antispam function?

Agrees with Steve, plus... backlinks (ie have others link to you) put a signature link in your emails and most important of all as far as I know, content that your intended visitors finds interesting. If not interesting enough a visitor may consider to not come back.

You should be able to edit the htaccess file through the cpanel, but otherwise if you have an ftp program, just locate the .htaccess file, download it to your computer, add the line in my post above with an text editor and then reupload the file.

Try adding this to your htaccess file and see if it helps: >php_value upload_max_filesize 10M Don´t forget to change 10M to the size you want to upload.
