The image "image001.gif" which appear to be the logo seems to be missing in the directory/folder "Index_files" which would be why the page can not find it. So check it´s there and with the correct name ie image001.gif and not Image001.gif and it should work (and do the same for the button images).

I´m not sure what you are wanting to do, but if you want to hide a specific directory's index page, you can do this through the index manager in your cpanel.

Either would work I believe. They will move it to the correct department if wrong. When I moved my accounts to a reseller account (long time ago) I submitted a ticket to the techs and within *30 minutes it was all finished, so I believe it would work now too. * = However I have heard that they do these transfers US night time, so maybe it will take a bit longer depending when you submit your ticket.

Welcome to the forum, UMMSCOR. I too use 3.0.2 with the flash block extension. After allowing it to show the flash it worked fine. Make sure the users allows your site to show flash and it should work.

If it´s the same sender each time I would first try to black list it (cpanel > spamassassin > spamassassin configuration). Have you tried to lower the spamassassin score? Apart from that, have you tried something like Poptray, an free email-checker, that will not only notify you and let you preview emails but it can also be configured to delete spam emails before you download any new emails.

If you submit a ticket, the techs should be able to do this easier than using your downloaded backup file I think. They should be able to either swap the domain names for the accounts or transfer the files back and forth between the accounts.
