I would suggest using TCH's email instead of GMail. Then, enable SpamAssassin and you will be in control of what determines spam and not-spam. It works very well for me.

I think it would be pretty hard to successfully brute-force an account, since many of the usernames are random characters. I would think that specifics of the security measures used in TCH (or any webserver) are unpublished because of security.

But, the forum will not allow you to setup two account with identical email addresses...

If you click on those things in CPanel, even just one time, they automatically get installed. According to your post, it looks like you (or your client if applicable) clicked on OSCommerce and Entropy inside CPanel. Just delete those folders and remember not to click those icons in CPanel... There was a recent security update that restricts php programs (like coppermine) from reading much outside your home directory. That is possibly why you are getting a permission error. If that is the case here, then to override it would require a helpdesk ticket...

I think TCH is getting more dedicated servers in a few weeks. If so, they offer 1000GB bandwidth and 60GB disc space. That would more than cover your 0.75 terabyte requirement you mentioned, and should cover the storage space as well...

TCH may be offering dedicated servers within the next 30 days. I think you can do what you are wanting with a dedicated server from TCH. You would probably have to figure out how to set it up yourself, though...

Goto CPanel Choose Backup On the right side, choose Browse under Restore a Home Backup and find the file on your computer and push Upload. Or, unzip the backup file, and FTP them up. Edit: That's just for a HOME restore, as I now see. I don't see an option for FULL RESTORE (which would also include email accounts, databases, symlinks, filters, forwarders, cron jobs, etc)...

Goto cpanel, choose backup, choose Generate/Download a Full Backup, push generate backup then FTP the backup file to your own computer when its done.
