In cPanel look for the Default Address and click it. Make sure it has :fail: set for your domain. This will cause email to be bounced/discarded.

Can't say that I have ever seen anything out of the ordinary in my Shared Docs folder. What are the filenames in question? You could always go to Google and do a search on the file names and see what results you get.

If you are happy using front page you can continue to use it. Publish to a folder on your computer and then FTP the content to your web space. I don't use Front Page any longer and haven't in about 5 years. I've learned HTML (XHTML) syntax and use a text editor to create my pages.

Before you upgrade please backup your logo image if you changed it and your overall_header.tpl file if you modified it. And any other .tpl files you may have changed. Then after upgrading put those files back to their proper locations.

When I login to the FTP servers here my FTP client reports the following. STATUS:> This site can resume broken downloads I've never had a need for it to resume uploading and I don't even know if that's an option. Most FTP servers can resume broken downloads.

Hello Scott, As far as I know it's billed monthly only. But if you speak with the help desk they can answer this for you. You can use Firefox, IE, Netscape, Opera or what ever other browser you can think of to access Horde, SquirrelMail or NeoMail. There is no Antivirus software running server side. Hope this helps.

I've received emails from WebRescuer before. They are looking for business. They also offer a free monitoring service but you have to place a link on your site to use it. They have no association with TCH as far as I am aware.

EntrophySearch doesn't appear to write anything to your site. You just insert the search form into your web pages. It will search all ASCII content on your site and you can exclude nothing. If you want a better search engine for your site, FastFind would be a good choice.

I'm not familiar with OSCommerce but if it is a permissions problem, have you tried using an FTP client to make the changes? If that still doesn't work, you can open Help Desk ticket to support and have them make the permission changes for you. (link at top of page)

While you or I would want to see information like that most of the users would be baffled by it. Simple is it up or is it down is all that is necessary for the most part. Being able to link to more detail would be great.

I'm using FastFind and it works well. Easy to implement. I believe EntrophySearch is in your cgi-bin folder.

And if you are running windows, open Windows Explorer, right click on the floppy drive (with a diskette inseted) and select Format.
