Glad you got it solved! Thumbs Up

Please clarify further. Create a link on a web page to open in another broswer window? Create a link on your desktop to open in another browser window? Or click a link in Google or any other web page and have it open a new browser window?

Thanks, I know about enough PHP to be dangerous!

That's what Enterprise is for!

Welcome to the family, rebel. I thought I needed shell access when I first moved here. I've been here over a year and don't miss it at all.

You could use PHP. Create 7 HTML files with the content to appear for that day of the week. Then insert this PHP script in your page where you want the content to appear. I've modified this per TCH-Andy's post below for compactness.

You can park domains over your original domain. If you wish to have another domain point to another part of your site you need a reseller account. To park a domain, purchase the domain, set the name servers to point to ns1.totalchoicehosting.com and ns2.totalchoicehosting.com and open a help desk ticket to support requsting to park the domain on your account.

The latter is correct after your domain propogates.

Welcome to the family, rusty! Sorry, but qmail is not available.

I had a feeling today's weather wouldn't be favorable. Hope everyone that does attend drives safely.

Do you have access to edit the name servers your domain is pointing to? If so you would just need to change them to the ones used here at TCH. If the domain is coming due in January I don't think it's possible to start a domain transfer if that is what you want to do. I think you have to do that 60 days prior to expiration. As for waiting for it to expire you might have to wait even longer to transfer the registration. So if you have the domain, you can keep it registered where it is, buy hosting here and point the nameservers to point here instead of where they are currently pointing.

TCH-Bruce replied to mangarevolution's topic in Scripting Talk
Welcome to the family, mangarevolution! That is correct. The folder you are uploading to must have 777 permissions for you to write your files. -

Welcome to the family. Did you add the user to the database you created?

Only 298.6 I'll try more later!

What would be the difference of purchasing a hosting account and only using it for email? Am I missing something here? You still need a domain name for email.

I guess we do agree but don't just limit it to Windows. I'm sure the Firefox uninstaller for the Mac is the same.

You wouldn't have to move anything yourself. The TCH techs would do it for you.
