You need to enter a domain name to purchase hosting I believe. Since you own a domain name you can use it. No DNS changes will be made to your current domain name. You control the DNS entries. So what your asking is possible.

The TCH Status page doesn't have any flash on it. And it's linked at the top of every forum page.

Basically all you need to do is open a Help Desk ticket to support when you get the new domain name and ask that it be parked on top of the current domain. So yes, it's possible.

In My Controls it says I have messages in the Inbox and Outbox but none of them appear.

Dick I clicked Linear and it removed those links.

Mine isn't checked but I can click the Fast Reply button and it opens the Fast Reply box.

We are missing some smilies. And when I was reading posts there was an extra set of links at the top of the first post that had three options. ??? [standard] linear I clicked on linear and now the options are gone. How do you get them back?

If you want other people to post stories I don't think a blog would be what you want to use. Normally a blog is for personal journal of sorts. You are the one that creates the content. Of course you could also allow other author's to contribute to a blog. But A forum may be a better choice.
