You will need to change your DNS to the name servers from your welcome e-mail. And thats all you should need to do. While cpanel transfers normally woork there are exceptions, but its worth a try.

I am not sure if DW will see php working, maybe a DW user will come along and comment. But to see php files work on your computer you need to install a web server with php like Xampplite, then point your browser to http://localhost/folder to see the php files do their thing. I know that is not exactly what you are asking.

Welcome to the forum, Ares since the domain name is only 4 days old, its a slight possibility you are experiencing propagation effects or as Thomas says a routing issue between you and the server. Your site resolves for me just fine.

In the reseller account you create packages of space and bandwidth So how many sites depends on how much you give to each. Some will not need much and others may need more. you can adjust the quotas for each account any time.
