You could ask the techs that moved the database what is invloved just go back to your ticket and ask there.

In cpanel go to ftp manager click on ftp accounts click on add ftp account type in a user name and password the folder for the account will automatically use the user name but I would change the folder name to something else then click on create and you will now have a new ftp account the user will use the following setup for ftp ftp.your-tch-domain user: user-name@your-tch-domnain password: ******* remote folder: public_html check passive the user will only have access to the folder you assigned.

I use both IE and firefox with cpanel and have no problem. One last thing to check on cpanel requires javascript enabled.

Do you have your own SSL cert and was it installed by the techs? If so you should open a help desk ticket to have them look at it.

Welcome to the forum, Patty For me your domain has switched over to Totalchoicehosting So you may want to try publishing to the domain name and make a slight change. And be sure you are using /public_html/ in your settings for remote directory if that is a setting in FP.
