  15. And the data file for Any Password is encrypted so its very safe. It is also very convenient to use and encourages you to use better passwords.

  18. Yes copy and paste will work that's how I use any password Did you clear your browser cache after changing your password? The help desk can get you set up with your desired password.
  19. The full backup is not the best for you, it is generated and stored on your site and takes up a lot of space and the techs would have to restore it for you. The home directory backup however is all your files in a compressed backup which you can later upload in the same place to restore. Database backups are compressed so that's is right.

Besides the backup of the forum folder go to cpanel > backup and find Download a MySQL Database Backup and click on the database for your forum probably phpbb1 The database is where your forum posts are. Later you can upload the forum folder backup with an ftp program or file-manager to your site and then go back to cpanel > backup and find Restore a MySQL Database and browse to the database backup on your computer to upload it. and you should be back in business.
  25. A while back I received a lot of the same kind of e-mails some said they were from my domain and my account was having a problem. I did open the first one and my anti-virus program quarantined a virus right away. So you are right to just delete them. It took a week but they finally stopped.
