I have a few things different The script automysqlbackup.sh in the top folder is set to 755 I created the folder backupmydatabase in public_html and set it to 777 # Backup directory location e.g /backups BACKUPDIR="/home/tch-cpanel-name/public_html/backupmydatabase I assume you created the folders BU in your top folder and then MySQL folder inside BU and the case is correct # Backup directory location e.g /backups BACKUPDIR=/home/username/BU/MySQL For db names I used # List of DBNAMES for Daily/Weekly Backup e.g. "DB1 DB2 DB3" DBNAMES="tch-cpanel-name_database1 tch-cpanel-name_database2" But for the output you need to change it to files I would think not stdout if you want the backup mailed to you. # Mail setup # What would you like to be mailed to you? # - log : send only log file # - files : send log file and sql files as attachments (see docs) # - stdout : will simply output the log to the screen if run manually. MAILCONTENT="files"

As you have your own domain you really do not need your ISP e-mail address. In fact I only use mine as the contact address in cpanel and for the forum That way I can change ISP and not have to tell anyone. I have forwards for family, friends and only one domain account. I have never received spam to my ISP address this way.

if the original test.php page will not submit then the dosomail.php processor has a problem. Upload the dodsmail.php file again with only line two uncommented to use your e-mail address and try again.

Are you saying the you and your friends can't get the original test.php page to submit the test form now?

Nat, glad you have it working. Oscar may not be pure but so close including losing the extra coat and mane in the spring. He is just now getting his mane and extra coat back. I love that he sleeps at the foot of the bed leaning on my feet.

Welcome to the forums, dcthunder57 third party tools like your counter and guestbook can drastically slow down a site and put you at their mercy. If they have a problem, your page may hang up. I had this happen to me before I came here. Then I discovered that I can have the same tools but running on my site. I am on high speed cable and it still took more that 12 seconds for lycos and bravenet tools to load.

For that backup (full backup) you need to open a help desk ticket. For the other backup (home directory) you can restore yourself.
