  9. Welcome to the forums, Amanda Normally the cpanel transfers made by the techs will copy your site files, including e-mail and also databases. It does not always work, but most of the time its fine. You can also make your own backup in cpanel > backup look for Home Directory Download a home directory Backup that's all your files in a compressed file then look for Download a MySQL Database Backup and download all your databases. And if you have filters or forwards Download Aliases or Filters Backup If you look on the right you will see where you can later upload the backups in your cpanel. You will need to edit any database connections to reflect your tch-username_ databasename and tch-username_databaseuser. I can't answer if the permissions in the transfer will stay the same, a help ticket (link at top of page) will get you that answer. If you have any problems let us know.
  10. <b>text to be in bold</b> is one way, if this is what you are asking. If you do not have a book on html webmonkey HTML Cheatsheet might help.
  11. It was a cpanel thing. Not that I know of, unless you use a php upload script with a user account that has limits.
  12. Well then welcome to the family Nirenjan When you get settled in, stop by the introductions forum and say hello to the rest of your family.
  13. Congratulations Aaron and Sarah
  14. Welcome to the forums, Drew As I understand it, the help desk is not for supporting third party scripts They can't be expected to know all the thousands of possible scripts we might put on our sites. So the fact that you got a tech to look at your script say a lot about him. Thats what I like about this place. As to the cpanel backup I have never heard of anyone having a problem with database backups or restores. I have been using it for years. It looks like the bad table name used by Mambo is the only reason your backup did not work. And thanks for the link, that may help others.

  19. Not that I know of. And yes Dodosmail is secure. And be sure you edit the dosmail.php file and put your e-mail in it and not use the hidden field method in the form or you are exposing your e-mail addy.
