If you are going to submit to them, just send the index page. Google will spider the rest. The best way to be included is to have them come from an outside link to your site and spider if you can.

FrontPage right? I am using FP 2002 so yours may be different. Right click the Submit button and go to Form Properties. Click Options on the lower right and then the E-Mail results tab. What does it say in the Subject line field?

Curious, On that other site, did you pay for the domain name or just the hosting? I could be reading it wrong but it looks like they own the domain name until the hosting term is up and then you have to purchase the domain from them. Like I said I could be wrong so don't quote me on it but if that is the case there isn't much you can do that I can see. You will really need to keep trying with them.

The help desk ticket was the way to go. They should be able to get most if not all of it back for you. Have patience grashopper.

You may have to try the Vern Troyer groups and then one every 5 minutes at that. That will be 44 groups and 220 minutes or 3 hours 40 minutes to complete the process. There may be a script that can automate the process for you or on the good chance I am wrong, and my wife says if my mouth is moving I am, there may be something altogether different that is causing the issue.

Cold water makes the files shrink. When you unzip them they are harder to see so you get the file not found. For some reason it seemed funny when I posted it, too much egg nog I think.

Good luck on the no fee part. Every place I have looked charges a monthly fee. Not just the gateway fee but the "credit card acceptance" monthly fee. AMEX charges me $5 a month to be able to accept them, I pay my merchant bank $20 a month to be able to accept Visa and MC. Discover is free after the one time setup. Then there is the gateway fee as well. That can vary. I think PayPal can get away with not charging a monthly fee just through volume alone. Plus there are rules you need to follow on your site to accept them. My site is banned from PayPal. Good luck on your search. I think you may find in the end that they aren't far apart in what you end up paying.

After looking at the AWStats Page it looks like there is only one offering other than the month to month view and that is a year to date view. AWStats says this is a big resource hog. At any rate cPanel items are a global change for that server. One would have to submit a help desk request to have the change made and in this case due to the server load this may cause I do not think it would be implemented.

WhoIs shows Expires on: 21-Jan-05 Dont worry about it. I have seen these go out before, all looks ok.
