Hi, The information is all in the raw log file on the server. AWstats (on the server) does not give you the full information you are after here, but you can download the raw log file, and then use one of the many log file analysers to provide the information you want. If you know the IP address of foo.com you can even just search for all entries in the raw log file for that IP address, and you would then know exactly what pages were visited, how long for, when etc.

I would just remove the line completely. Have you tried clearing your cache, and refreshing your browser? It should then be fine. (opps, a bit slow posting by me there Glad it's working though)

If the different uses cpanel, yes. I would suggest reading How to use FTP

I would create an FTP account for them to upload the files to. If the account already exists on a cpanel server, then you can open a help desk ticket and ask us to transfer the files for you (we need the IP address, username and password for the old cpanel).

If you want it to show the same files, then open a ticket at the help desk and ask us to park the domain for you. If you want it to go to different files, then just sign up for a new account (on whichever plan you want). For 2 accounts it is not usually worth going to a reseller account. If you had 4 or more domains, then I would generally suggest a reseller plan.

Hi, You would need one of our reseller plans to host multiple, different, domains. (You can park them, on the one account, but they would all need to show the same files in a standard silver plan).

They are in 'ini' files within the 'Program Files/Trillian/users/default' directory. Eg. The MSN contacts are in msn.ini If you take a backup of all those ini files, I think that should cover you for the contacts lists.

Hi, Try adding >DirectoryIndex /temp.php to your .htaccess file. That way, the default index will be changed, but you can still access the index.php file

Hi Tiffany, If your domain name hasn't propagated yet (I assume it hasn't as you only joined yesterday), then you will need to use your IP address (the 4 numbers like 72.9.244.74 that are in your welcome email instead of your domain name. If it still doesn't work, try contacting one of our support team by IM (AIM, Yahoo messenger if you have them)

Hi Rick, If you set the DNS here, and edit the MX records, you can send the emails to a separate server. If you ask at the support desk once the account is set up - we'll help sort it with you.

There is currently a major problem in cpanel, with the phpBB installation script. If you try installing phpBB (php bulletin board) via cpanel it will not work. Worse, if you have an existing version of phpBB installed via cpanel, then this can become corrupted when you install the new version (even if in completely separate subdomains or directories of your account). This isssue is being worked on by cPanel, and we will post here when the issue has been fixed. For the near term, if you wish to install a version of phpBB please download and install a copy manually - not via cpanel.

Hi Miriam, Is there a way to do a complete backup of youe mySQL database on your other server? If so, that's the easiest way. If not, then go into phpmyAdmin, select the database - and then select the Export tab. Click on Select All (to select all tables), make sure structure and data are both ticked, and the 'save as file' option at the botom. It will then download a complete copy of the database for you. Once you have done that, upload the file to the root directory on the sever here, and open a help desk ticket - we will upload it into mySQL for you (which is probably easier than you uploading in phpmyAdmin.

HI Dave, The only other thing I can think of is adding a filter (or set of filters) where the sender contains a whitelist email, it sends it to a specific email account. I think you would also have to set up a forward on this account to send a copy to your main account - although without tyesting it, I'm not sure if you would end up in a loop here

Hi, We do not have wiki installable from cpanel - so I'm not sure which ones you are referring to. What scripts are you after? You can generally use the domain name with or without the www - it does not matter which you use.

SSH access is shell access - so that you can connect to the server and type command at the command line. We do not support this, although there is virtually nothing that you can't do via cpanel or FTP that you can so using SSH. If you connect to the cpanel using https://my_tch_domain.com/cpanel then this is a secure connection.

For the basics - that should cover everything If you use the shared SSL - then you would get the browser warning - yes. Hence I would suggest you have one specifically for your domain name. You can purchase (and have installed) an SSL though us for $150 for the year. The cpaneldemo is not maintained by us - so unfortunately it does not have the same reliability we offer. That demo is largely similar, but not identical (ie some script installations etc are different. I'm sorry this does not meet your requirements - but we have the one mail server for an account. On a shared server, it would be on a shared IP - hence name based. If you purchase an SSL, it would go on a dedicated IP.

Hi Pamw, folders are usually only there when either created as an email account (and you are logged in with your main cpanel username / pass) or, you have created the folder. If neither of the above are correct, please open a ticket at the help desk (link at top of page), and we'll take a look.
