Create a folder you want them to upload into. Then create and ftp account and assign them that folder. They can go down levels but not up.

If it found a removable device it is detecting it. Can you open the removable device and see folders? Sorry Thomas, I just reread this. Did it come with drivers? Have you installed them? My wife has one and it pops up with the New Hardware Found dialog and wants to install drivers.

Not necessarily true. Standard configuration for that laptop is/was 128k expandable to to 1GB. So it may have 2-128k chips in it. You would have to write your own script to do what your asking. Not even sure if it's possible. I use Spam Assassin but don't use the Spam Box. I just created a filter to delete all messages caught by Spam Assassin. Before doing that I had them forwarded to a different account to check if any good email was getting caught.

Use an FTP client, hightlight all folders you want to remove and hit DELETE. Of course you need an FTP client that supports recursive deletes. Or you can use cPanels File Manager to delete folders. Or open a Help Desk ticket (link above) and ask the techs to clear it for you.

Welcome to the family! To set up a forward you have to have enter an email address you want to forward. If you want all mail directed whether or not an email address exists (I don't recommend) you should be able to go into the "Default Address" and change the :fail: to the email address you want all that mail to go to. Also moving for organization.

If both domains point to the root of one site then yes you can do that with a single hosting account by parking the second domain on top of the first domain. If the two domains point to different content then you will need 2 hosting accounts or a reseller account.
