The phplive chat is far from perfect, one of the things I really dislike about it. But, it is better than others we tried. What browser are you using? It works best with IE, but seems to have problems with occasional time outs with mozilla.

Did you reply to the ticket you opened and provide the transaction number, or ever submit proof that the account was made current? We have no way of knowing if it was paid without you sending us the transaction number as instructed in the e-mail/ticket

Depending on the model that use are using you can add the Linksys WAP11 Access Point at Station 2 and set it to Repeater.

I would also take a look at Protector and Admin Secure I use Admin secure, it can be set up to auto block IP's that some trys any of the common phpnuke hacks from and send you an e-mail letting you know.

Actually, when we do the upgrades for older customers, it is server wide. We'll change the space and bandwidth allotments for the plans and that will change for everyone on that server at once.

The photos would be similar to those found in Playboy." is legal in the US. (assuming the CG artwork is the same type of images "Playboy" type stuff.)

Bugzilla shouldn't be a problem, I believe that someone installed it recently. I'm still not to sure so I would wait for a response from one of the staff. As for SSH, TCH no longer provide shell access on accounts.
