  1. Wow. Didn't expect all of this. The site will be WELL within bounds of what is legal. I will not be posting links anywhere or spamming anyone to visit the site. I doubt I will even mention it to anyone. It is basically just a site for me to post some of my work. A warehouse if you will of my stuff so that if I want to show someone I can. So Whoahorse, this means there will be NO spamming. Thanks to all for the input Thumbs Up
  2. good one. I just wanted to clarify since Bill excluded pornography. That is what threw me off. Just wanted to make sure. Thanks.
  3. I have seen in several areas where you allow adult content. However there seems to be a gray area regarding what adult content really is. Tony Winfrey stated "We currently allow adult content, HOWEVER, be advised that it MUST BE LEGAL." Bill Kish however stated that "Adult content is just that - content meant to be seen and viewed by adults. It does not mean pornography." Does this include photos that would be "Rated R"? I'm not considering posting anything illegal of course but rated R material could meet the definition of pornography to some. Basically the content I would be considering would be CG artwork as well as photos of live models. The photos would be similar to those found in Playboy. I have read the Acceptable Usage policy and it just doesn’t quite spell it out clearly. It just says that as long as it is legal then it is ok but then Bill said no pornography. This seems to contradict each other since pornography isn't necessarily illegal. I don’t want to spend the money on hosting and then lose it due to a misunderstanding. Can you please clarify this for me?
