  1. Good news, bet you cant wait! If i still lived in Tx I could have been in the area LOL I have lived in both houston and in Belton (a few miles from Ft Hood) Anyway, welcome Home!
  2. turn the fan around so it blows air into the case
  3. Let me guess, WD Raptor SATA drives? I have two of those drives, mine came out the same way.
  4. I'll be there
  5. Yes, if you can log in via IP that will work.
  6. What software are you using? In WS_FTP Pro this is done by the timeset offset. My server is in GMT -5 but I am in GMT -6. So I set the time offset to -1 and this makes the timestamp the same as my local time. Check your FTP program and see if there is a similar setting.
  7. If the server your site is on is down, we wont be able to transfer the site for you. Hopefully it doesnt stay down.
  8. Depends on what FTP program you use. I use WS_FTP Pro and it has a setting for time offset.
  9. Bill got me looking at the MS search, it is very very good in my opinion, google better look out.
  10. glad to see all the new faces, unfortunately there isnt much we can do about the domain name situation. I would imagine the blog host staff is pretty swamped right now trying to get things in order for everyone. Maybe after a few days you'll get an answer to your e-mails.
  11. Thanks for the kind words, believe it or not I was a little freaked out by the family thing as well. I was a customer before I was an employee and once I had my site up and saw how things were run it really is like a family.
  12. Yea I seen it, thats what I was talking about.
  13. LOL My stats looked like that once. It happened when I was tweaking files in the temp directory.
  14. The bandwidth you see there(7.10MB) is for you main domain. The report I am refering to is under Web/FTP Stats then select Bandwidth.
  15. That guide looks a little screwy. I don't use cPanel to deal with my indexes. When I create a new directory that is not going to have an index page, for example an images folder. I just create a blank index(.htm,.html,.php) page.
  16. The name servers are still pointed at NS0.DIRECTNIC.COM 204.251.10.100 NS1.DIRECTNIC.COM 206.251.177.2
  17. You might want to upgrade to SimpleDir 3.2
  18. The latest update included an improved report for bandwidth. It shows a breakdown for: Main Domain SubDomains Total Also AWStats is not actually behind on your actual usage. The problem is that the AWStats in cPanel does not take into account FTP and mail traffic.
  19. Since your nameservers for the new domain are already pointing to TCH all you need to do is drop a ticket to the help desk telling them what you want to do.
  20. pcpitstop.com I usually do several different tests on several different sites and then get an average.
  21. I just spoke to thier billing support at (480) 624-2500. They said the main reason for a card being blocked is a Chargeback with them or one of their affiliates. While that is the main reason it can be many other things. The best method of contact for a blocked card is ccinquiries@secureserver.net . If you send a request to that address you will not hear from them today, they are only open M-F.
  22. I has been addressed, we use two different types of billing programs. one will not recognise the password for the other.
  23. OK Dick, except he is using PayPal. Once again I missed something. When you cancel a subscription from your PayPal account, it will not cancel the account with TCH. The only thing that gets canceled is future payments.
  24. Take a look at Frequently Asked Questions About Billing and you will find a link to the billing systems. I am not sure about 2Checkout but in PaySystems you can cancel recurring billing.
  25. Hey Weezy take a look at this tutorial http://help.totalchoicehosting.com/cpanel_...createmysql.htm If you still need help let us know.
