  1. Yep thats brand new with this release of cPanel. Pretty cool huh?
  2. First of all You listed your support ticket as a Priority 3 ticket. Secondly "we do not provide developer level support to assist clients in coding webpages" thats not what web hosting support is intended to provide. This type of support is available but not for $4.00 per month. If you still require support for this non-standard support item our billing rate is $65.00 per hour.
  3. We dont have any plans on bringing on any additional cPanel Themes. Cost to much for us to support mutliple themes and if the new version of x is anything like the old ones, no thanks. bottom line is cost of ownership for the company.
  4. No you said you were not naming names! I never said that.
  5. Yes you can delete 3 & 4, as we only use two nameservers. Thanks
  6. I wont quote numbers... but lets just say we have broken all previous one day sales records. The Featureprice announcement kept us busy for two solid days, lets see what the rest of the week brings. I have ordered more Dell Dual Xeon Servers!!! :D
  7. Welcome email has been resent.
  8. Just drop me a email and I will walk you thru your needs. bill@totalchoicehosting.com
  9. To avoid any bashing I am closing this thread. While I might agree, we dont need to bash each other in open forums. Leave that for PM's.
  10. Sorry I allowed the Staff and myself to take some time off to celebrate Easter with our famlies (of course all gurus had our emergency pagers and or Pocket PC's). Wow I ate WAY to much Ham! (Head Guru rubs belly and smiles) We do not accept solo cards - very sorry about this. We only accept Subscription payments for paypal accounts. If you indicate what plan your looking for I can post a Paypal Link. So to sum this up. Paypal Payments are fine, but no solo payments. We only take credit cards and paypal at this time. Thanks

  15. Greymatter is BANNED. If you install it or run it, your account will be terminated.
  16. We parse the data over HTTPS 128BIT encrypt connections. TCH has no control over the Help Desk Software, it is made by a third party (PerlBill). We dont own the rights to the software. its not freeware. I do see your point, however we give you full control over changing your password at ANY TIME via the control panel.
  17. Thats indeed a strange one. PM Me details. I would need to look into your account to find out whats going on. Are the emails bouncing back?
  18. Hi, Just a quick note that we have updated to the latest version of Invision Board. The board was off line for about five minutes. Thanks
  19. Welcome back old friend....
  20. Mikey, Alan and I have been looking at ways to convert from Invision to vB. The challanges are bigger than what we thought at first glance.
  21. Good point, thanks... I did use the @ in my pegasus setup, and it worked, go figure.
  22. Well, the IP resolving issue was that big update.
  23. You dont need to register a domain name before! You have full control over the install on Invision. You would just add a user then give that user admin privys. Then they can control your boards. The auto install script is located under add-on scripts in your cPanel. The private registration simply conceals the identity of the Domain Name Owner when someone does a WhoIs Lookup. PS: I just activated your account Enjoy and welcome to our family.
  24. You can just use FTP and delete the folder that contains your forums.
