The problem is this. When a user changes the cpanel password, the help desk login does not change. They function on two different playing fields. Cpanel is 3rd party software, so getting certain things to interact with it can be difficult. SO most users think that when they change the cpanel pass it will automagicly change the help desk login pass. But this is not the case. Users have to use the username and password that we issue in the 'order complete' email.
