Chuck, We filter attachments NOT content. The anti-virus protection is a added benefit to the services we provide. It is in no way a "big brother" attidude. Jumping ship to proove a point only hurts you, not TCH. As the owner of this company, I have to look at the good of the unit not the good of one person. I feel this policy is good for the unit. If I loose one customer and help the majority than thats the way it will have to be. I could post the hundreds of thank you emails I have gotten for choosing to implement virus protection on the email server. However, that would not proove anything. While I understand you point, I do not agree with it. Lets agree to disagree. For now the policy is in place.

We would have to do it for you, but this is what it would involve. cd /home/domain/www ln -s ../tmp/webalizer stats cd .. chmod 755 tmp cd temp chmod 755 webalizer http://www.******/stats/ would now show webalizer stats.

Just a hint Your username for your sql database must be parsed as cpanelusernamer_databaseusername and the Database name must be parsed as cpanelusername_databasename SO if my cpanel username was bill, my database username was headguru and my database name was gurus I would use Database name - bill_gurus Database Username - bill_headguru Are you doing this?

My thougts are that the ISP is using several sets of DNS servers.

As I told you in chat the stats update throughout the day. BUT this is really based on server loads. If loads on the server exceed a preset limit the stats will not run. This is a built in safe guard. When logs and stats run they can consume a high amount of CPU cycles, so instead of them running in addition to when the server loads are high, the server will not process them until the loads are back down on the server. No need to bump threads, I will get to your requests as soon as I can.

Maybe its not a bad answer but the only answer it knows.

The cmd.exe is a well know windows based attack that drives most everybody nuts. These are known as worms. Here is a great fix using .htaccess. http://www.addme.com/issue222.htm

Accounts go into auto-suspend when the go over the pre-set package bandwdith limits, as we dont bill for overages. The system will email you when your account hist 80% of bandwidth use, so at least you get a warning. If you use all your bandwidth every month, that would have no bearing on your site. The bandwidth is yours, so use it! We dont suspend people that use what we sell them. Our bandwidth is sold at $2.50gb and is now being sold in 5GB blocks (we used to only sell it in 15G blocks) er month and is valid only for the month, its does not roll over to the next month.
