Not sure this will work but may be worth a try (http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/) You can not resynchronize through this but it will let you make a backup of different stuff (bookmarks and other settings, lets just hope those things are not corrupted ). Then go to this page (http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/profile) Make the new profile as per instructions and import the backup (done above) in to this profile.

Hi, Please see this help page about spamassassin. I think what you can do is to log in to your cpanel > Click spamassassin > Configure Spamassassin and in the black list enter *domain.com.

We have the worst storm and rain in years this night (1.10am here) the weather guys says. And I agree its raining alot. No idea to even try to sleep until it calms down. What problems did you run into Bill? Why I ask is because since moving to trillian and especially 3.0 I have never been so pleased with a IM-program.

In my own experience a reply usually arrives within 30-60 minutes depending on how much they have to do and what the issue is as well on which priority you entered in the ticket. If you used any free email (like hotmail) be sure to check the spam folder etc. These folders tends to be sorted wrong sometimes. If no email is found in any folder in your email account, you can either chat with a tech live here or contact one of them on their instant messengers.

I´m not sure this is what causing you to not be able to enter your cpanels, but there has been/is ddos attacks on a datacenter today. Read more here.

I think Head Guru and the guys have it on the to do list.

The techs are magic. No, seriously, they have transferred a lot of the bloghosts refugees, so they can try to transfer it from whatever part of the world (as I understands), just as long its with cpanel.

Then the techs should be able to transfer it all to a TCH server without you loosing anything. Please open a tech ticket and ask, but I think it should work.

Bellringr is correct. I´d like to add though that additional bandwidth and discspace can be purchased anytime. Also, you will receive a email when you reach 80% of your discspace and finally anything you use your space for will be included in both bandwidth & discspace (webpages, databases, emails...).
