Have you checked out the Ultimate Form Mail at: http://www.surefirewebdesign.com/scripts/ ? I haven´t used it myself, but I believe its a popular form around the forum members so any "How to´s" should be pretty easily answered + that they have a forum themselves. As for the Cpanel.net decides what is available in the cpanel, so any feature suggestions must be sent to them.

If you have used a free email service (like hotmail, yahoo etc) for submitting tickets, have you checked the junk folder etc since these emails tends to end up there? Also, are you still in need of the password or did someone pm you already? If you still want it, let me know in a pm.

May I ask what kind of problems you had. Why I ask is because alot of these help desk emails can end up in junk folders if you used a free service like hotmail etc for this? EDIT: What you also can try is to find one of the guys (who are red in the forum) either on their IM´s or try the live chat (Scroll down to bottom of page).

With :fail: it will bounce back to the sender if no adress is found. With :blackhole: the email will get deleted and the sender will not know whether it was received or not.
