Ok Now What Happened ...can't Access Cpanel
TCH-Thomas replied to Feen's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
It works very well from my part of the world (Sweden), which tells me it looks like a propagation issue, but as I can see it does not contain a index page. -
Ok Now What Happened ...can't Access Cpanel
TCH-Thomas replied to Feen's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Propagation can if the worst is happening take a few days. Can it be the case? Until it has propagated through all the nameservers in the world you may or may not be able to access it by domain name. -

I have a reseller hosting, but I dont use it to sell webspace to other people. I have the same thoughts as you about the money part, why should I when there already is a great and in-expensive host I rather promote. I had regular accounts in the beginning (2 of them). But one day I was thinking after doing lots of research here in the forum that "Hey, why not get a reseller account", then I will have my domains under same roof (so to speak), I can set up new domains on my own, I get to decide how much discspace and bandwidth each domain/account is allowed to use and much much more. As for how many accounts you can set up. It depends on which package you purchase. You can set up as many as you want as long you don´t run out of discspace & bandwidth. I am sure there are much much more you can do with a reseller account, but I let that to others to describe.

Welcome to your extended family Your internet service provider are probably blocking port 25. Try setting it to 26 and see if it works. Sometimes it does, sometimes not.

If you want to have another one than what cpanel offers, you can try http://gtchat.de/main_en.html Click on Download > Other Its a easy set up cgi script, with easy instructions included the zip-file. See it in action on my site (jikrantz.se) if you like. Also, moving for organization.

I have spent a few hours formatting and reinstalling windows 98 for a friend. All went well until the internet connection. On XP I just have to plug the machine in and it works but not here, so I ran the internet connection wizard, and set all up in control panel > network according to the isp instructions. Is there something else I need to than to run this wizard and set up the network settings?
