I went to their site and tried to find a solution, but found nothing, so please publish a screenshot and we´ll take a look, but leave out the username & password.

Register the new name and submit a ticket to the tech guys asking them to park it for you will do it. By parking it, the site will still work when the old name expires.

Which ftp program do you use?

Are you sure that all files you are trying to transfer are clean? I have norton and no matter how I try transfer a file to my account, norton has never complained. Try to scan your files before you try transferring.

The easiest would be to use an "already" made script for it I think, there are several to check out at hot scripts.

The easiest way to cpanel would be www.your-tch-hosted-site.com:2082. In there you should see "add on scripts", click it and then click either invisionboard (Same as the one used here, but an earlier version) and follow the instructions. Or you can choose phpbb, same here, click it and follow instructions. A note on both ones though, they are most likely one or two versions older than what is current for both so you may wanna go to respective site and download them from there and install it yourself, both I believe have very good setup instructions.
