Hello Scott, I think the best way to find out whats going on, is if you submit a ticket to the helpdesk so the techs can verify that everything (spamassassin in this case) have been properly installed.

Welcome to the forum, jclick. As Don says, you can not have add on domains unless you have a reseller account, however, you can have parked domains (several domains pointing to the same root). To park domains, you will need to submit a ticket to the helpdesk and ask them to park them for you (link in my signature).
