Hello Molly, I am not sure if I am that almighty but let me try to explain the scripts found in the cpanel and TCH. First of all, it is cpanel.net that decides completely which scripts that the cpanel will contain, when new scripts are added and when updates to these scripts will be available. TCH have no control over this. There is as I am sure you know, thousands of scripts out there and no one on this earth can know everything about every single little script. Since TCH does not know what cpanel.net plans to include in the future cpanel versions, I believe a decision was made that there will be no help desk support for for scripts. Also, these scripts must also be seen as anything else. If we we dont know how to use it or if we dont find/understand the documentation, we should not use it. But, that is why we have this forum. I am sure there are members here who knows how to solve it. Hang on and someone might know. There are plenty of other mailing scripts which I believe will do what you want. One popular is Dada Mail. Hope this helps...

For those who haven´t updated yet, here is a short "howto" on how to upgrade, but remember to follow the exact detailed instructions and you should have no problem. Step 1: Backup your database Step 2: Backup ALL your WordPress files Step 3: Verify the backups Step 4: Deactivate ALL your Plugins Step 5: Ensure first fours steps are completed Step 6: Download and extract the WordPress package Step 7: Delete the old WordPress files Step 8: Upload the new files Step 9: Run the WordPress upgrade program Step 10: Update Permalinks and .htaccess Step 11: Install updated Plugins and Themes Step 12: Reactivate Plugins Step 13: Review what has changed in WordPress NOTE: Once again, there are several important things to do in each step, so remember to read the whole intruction on the above link. As I understand when reading about this update on various sites, this update have alot "under the hood" improvements and contain many many bug fixes, so to keep your Wp installation secure, don´t be afraid to update it even if the prodcedure is a bit bigger than an usual Wp upgrade. You can always ask your family here if you run in to any problem.

It sounds like its a linking problem. Make sure you include the images folder in the path like yourtchdomain.com/images/image.jpg and it should work I think.
