As far as I have understood in other discussions about the "weekly" backup alternative is that it will be one week old and not the most current if you have made changes within the last 7 days. I would personally manually click the "Home backup" and then the cpanel will start the process of compressing it (what´s inside the public_html I believe) and download it to my home computer. Then click the databases and aliases/filters, if you have any and they will be downloaded exactly like the home backup.

That feature was only a test as I understand, which was later removed from cpanel. You can however to install it manually on the your server.

Hello, I think the best you can do is to open a ticket to the help desk about this. Also, make sure that contact address in cpanel is set to a non-TCH domain.

I can´t use my TCH settings to send emails since my isp blocks both ports 25 and 26 but as for my incoming email the username in thunderbird would be name@mytchdomain.ext.

Bill, You are not supposed to only trash emails in a email client, there are several other "boxes" you can play with in an email client.

It should the password you assigned for that particular email address in the cpanels email section.
