With the option :fail: I believe that when an email to an non-existing address arrives it will be deleted without you knowing it. There used to be a option called blackhole which sent a "sorry I the address is wrong" message to the sending address/server. But it´s no longer used or should not be used as I understand. To have any emails that have been caught by spamassassin though to still be delivered, you could enable the spam box in your cpanel, but this will not however give you an option to receive any emails that fails (see above).

I think I have found the solution for you (ie the setting you are looking for), otherwise please disregard the attached image.

I´m with Bruce on this one. While it may not be able to reinstall it just under your profile, you should be able to reinstall it all again to repair/overwrite any files that may have been damaged. This way it should be available on both profiles again.

Welcome to the forum, prgdod. You should enable spamassissin in cpanel. Please do this: 1. Log in to Cpanel and scroll down to the mail section 2. Click the spam assassin icon/link 3. In there enable spam assassin 4. Do not enable spam box Then go back to mail section and click on Default address, then check the box saying "Discard with error to sender (at SMTP time)" and enter :fail: in the field (Note the two colons) Now pretty much of these non-existing emails should stop.

It sounds like your isp is blocking port 25, please try port 26 instead. If that does not work you will have to use your isp´s smtp settings. Please let us know how it goes.
