Welcome to the forum, phoenix70. Are these two separate websites with their own domains or is one of the domains only parked on top of the other? If you want to host 2 or more sites in one account you will need a reseller account or several virtual hosting accounts. You can though have as many domains as you want pointing to the same content, ie parked on top of each other. So to answer the question, if you have chosen the virtual hosting option you will need to open a second account and I believe you should use the option "Add this order to my account" when you have received the welcome email for the first account.

The site has been added to the Commercial page. Please verify that it looks/works as expected.

Then I would look into joomla. Several people here use it including myself. While it doesn´t contain a photo album feature by default there are several ones you can install to it as an component. Joomla can also be found in the Fantastico if you want to try it before deciding.

Hi, 4images and content management systems (CMS) are two completely separate things. 4images are a a photo album solution as I understand (I have never tried it) while CMS are sort of a "whole site" (some of them are joomla, drupal, xoops). Have you been using 4images together with lets say joomla? If you are only looking for a php5 compatible photo album I would look into gallery which you can install easily through the fantastico section of your cpanel. As for propagation, every single one that tries to view a site or use the webmail can have problem with connecting until propagation have ended.

It really is easy. Basically it´s a 4 step process, explained more here, but here in short: 1) Download the zip file and extract it on your own computer. 2) Replace the wordpress files in your server space with these recently downloaded. 3) Go to your-tch-domain.com/wordpressfolder and follow the instructions, usually just one or two steps. 4) Do something nice for yourself. And not to scare, but make sure to have a backup of your files and database first.

Server 98 and Ossus have been updated to show the correct versions.

Welcome to the forum, Mydnyte Syn. Php and Mysql upgrades are done at the same time. I suspect its the same problem as for Lando (please see a few posts above). The techs will check it out.

Welcome to the forum, Donna. What version of wordpress are you using? Your server was recently upgraded to php5/mysql5 and I am thinking that this might be the case.

Welcome to the forum, dave. You will need to change the permission for the files and folders it asks for. This is easily done either through file manager in cpanel or through ftp. For ftp, please see the section "How Do I Change Permissions" in this thread Through cpanel, I believe it is: Log in to cpanel Scroll down until you see file manger link go to your file and highlight it On top of page you should see a link called "Change permissions" or similar, click it and tell type 777 or what ever permissions the files or folders needs.

Dbsender can be used for several database backups. All you need to do is to upload it to different folders and configure each php file before uploading it to respective folder and configure one cron job per backup. Not sure this is the best way to do this, but I use it for 2 db backups and it works prefectly.

If this issue was due to a server problem which it seems to have been, the helpdesk will help. The helpdesk will not help with configuration of scripts etc. As Bruce says wordpress itself works fine after the upgrade on other servers.
