The first and easiest thing you can try is to submit a ticket with the help desk and explain your problem as you did here and ask them if they can restart spamassassin on the server for you. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not. Link in my signature.

Oh well, the techs should be able to figure it out and fix it.

Welcome to the forum, Nando. I just tried this myself after reading your post. When I changed to paper... it got stuck on "page loading". I tried to refresh page, still the loding message. Then I hit the go back button in my Firefox and the theme seems to changed.
