Hi DigitalChick, There is some things you can try. First thing that comes to mind is to check Spamassassin´s settings in the cpanel. Second thing is to check with the help desk if Spamassassin needs a restart. Third thing, you may want to take a look at MX Guarddog, that Bruce mentions here.

In your c-panel you should see an "e-mail" section. In there click on "accounts" and on the following page you should see your accounts. In the "more" button on each account line is a webmail option.

Since you is in some cases might want to keep the folder, you may want to do it as the cPanel documentation says: After that, simply remove the folder if wanted.
