I tried that but no luck. After that I checked the cleartype option in windows, which was not activated (and I want it that way). No font problem before upgrade so it can´t be that Cleartype was off. What I find strange is that this problem occured after I upgraded/Firefox restarted. If I had made a new installation and set an option for it while installing, I would understand, but this is just an upgrade.

Does anyone else see any difference with the fonts after upgrade to Firefox 17, both menus and the texts on sites? Mine looks somehow bold now than before upgrade.

Welcome to the forum, s4user. :9 Robots.txt have nothing to do with spam mail as far as I know. This file only controls which search robots are allwed to visit your site. To control email blacklisting/whitelisting you will have to use/modify spamassassin.
