  1. Oh Bruce Allmighty. Wait...wasn't that a movie?
  2. While the provider I use is pretty regional, the website you mentioned above is an EXCELLENT resource of information. I used it extensively before I made the plunge and still use it from time to time. And to second what Bill said, I have heard many positive comments about SpeakEasy.
  3. Rebel: I'm a long-time player (30+ years, All US Air Force team for 4 years) and I've been refereeing for 22 years.
  4. Welcome! You may want to check your "spam" folder (if you have any) or other mail folders to see if the welcome letter may have gotten redirected there.
  5. Sounds like baseball or golf. I'm curious...why is it the most popular sport around the world except in the US?
  6. Congrat's to both of you! And Rob...you can wear whatever suit you want...just no web cameras!
  7. Just read this on cnn.com: futbol story My opinion is one of curiousity, but it appears as if soccer has finally started moving the way of high tech. Hmmmm...maybe the referees can eventually sit in a nice warm (or air conditioned) and dry booth and officiate the match from there!
  8. Woo-hoo! Way to go, Bill! Just one more reason why
  9. Similar situation happened to me in the past. That's why I keep my own monthly backups on hand...you never know when you might need it!
  10. Since I'm on vacation the entire month of January (my wife went to visit her family in the Philippines), this poem is quite appropriate!
  11. Havig the same issue. (Didn't know it was an issue until the person told me last night!) Gotta run for now, but I'll try some things out later on today and see if anyone else has the same problem or came up with a fix. P.S. Yes, I'm using both a FTP client and from the command line. Things that make you go......hmmmmm!
  12. Love their solution!
  13. That means you have a few left, right? Welcome back!
  14. Must be nice to have that much free time to find holes in Microsoft products and develop the code to exploit it all the time!
  15. Happy New Year to all of my extended family!
  16. You can also submit a ticket by clicking on the link at the top page of these forums.
  17. Generally speaking, RAM upgrades are relatively easy to do yourself. The key advice I would give is to make sure you ground yourself (i.e. touch some metal part of the computer) to reduce the risk of static electricity damaging or destroying your memory chip(s) before you even have a chance to use it!
  18. Not a bad idea! That way, if you really get frustrated at your computer, you can always eat it!
  19. Thomas: That's so cool! Happy Holidays to all! (Now if we could only get some professional hockey games!)
  20. You may want to PM one of the TCH staff. They usually have more knowledge of the inner-workings and plans for the servers than the forum moderators do.
  21. Take it from me...they don't treat FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) employees any better! (Before I get flamed, I'm an installer...I don't have anything to do with the administration part! ) I've been working with them for 3 years now and I also have endured many delays due to humans, mechanical, and weather. I could also relate some other "stories" but I'll save that for another time! However, I still love to fly. I flew in (and jumped from) aircraft for nearly 20 years in the Air Force and I still enjoy it...even with the headaches and hassles!
  22. Aberdeen, Mississippi Next Letter: I
  23. Works great from NW Florida in both IE and Firefox. Looks delicious!
  24. Los Angeles, California. Next: A
  25. Congrat's Dick!
