I find all this back and forth a little humorous and a bit tiring at the same time. Maybe it is because I am a little slow but so what, use what is best for you and move on. Dont judge me by my OS or browser, I use what I know and what may be convenient. I also know what to look for to prevent me from running into problems though but still, this is getting almost as bad as religion. You say I am going to burn for using my browser? The shopping carts do not come with payment processing. You wil need to get your own merchant account for that and the carts will integrate with Most accounts. The cart will integrate with those accounts.

Take this with a grain of salt as this MAY not be the issue here. The error given is an issue with the remote server not accepting the email. If that is the case then it is matter of finding out why. Just something to ponder while waiting on an official answer from your ticket.
